Why is my transaction still pending after 6 days?

Hey there, I sent a payment on July 19th with my verified bank account. However, I checked my transaction and it was pending and I checked my bank account and no money was taken out at the time. I decided to wait since no money was actually taken out.

On July 21, I checked my bank account again and saw that the amount needed for the transaction was taken out under the name PAYPAL MSP. However, my transaction was still pending. Now it is July 25 and my transaction is still pending. Why is it like this and is there a way to speed up the process because at this point I don't know when I will be able to receive the thing I purchased or if I will receive it at all since it may go out of stock once the payment goes through.

My research says a bank transaction takes 3-5 days but its been 6 days now. The internet also says that an eCheque takes 5-7 days but I dont think this is an eCheque?
The thing I was buying was an online good from an online store (Shoppy.gg) if that is any useful information

Edit: Unless theres a something that can help me here, I will wait till August 2nd (giving it another week/5 more business days which will total of 10 business days or 2 weeks of chance to send the payment) and just call my bank requesting assistance or to get my money bank if my transaction is still pending as I would have not recieved the item and just lost my money to nothing.

I work it out that it should clear on the 27th BUT the date given is an estimate as it depends on the banks clearance times.

Bank transfers are always done via electronic transfer  (echeque) as this is the cheapest option so paypal uses it.

However it becomes 'instant transfer' when paypal credit the seller or recipient upfront and paypal wait for the funds to transfer.

That normally happens except in the examples i gave you above.

Transfers from bank accounts are never instant, that is why when you buy something paypal credit the seller upfront for you and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer to pay them back again, this is so you get your item without delay.

Takes 6 business days in Canada to transfer as Paypal use the slowest (cheapest) transfer option of an echeque BUT funds normally leave your bank account from a few hours up to a few days later.

However paypal DO NOT credit the seller upfront in a few instances and in the below circumstances you are the one that takes the wait for the transfer to complete.

Reasons for an echeque being sent instead of instant transfer.

1. A card you have linked needs updating or you don't have a back up card linked to your paypal account at all.
2. You have had a recent negative balance.
3. You have had a recent failed bank transfer.
4. You are buying a higher cost riskier item outside of your normal spending pattern.
5. Friends / family payments....funded from a bank account (free option).

Thank you for the advice, and yea my card was in the process of being verified (2nd times for some reason) so I used my bank as an alternative option. Due to that I guess the transaction hasn't been completed yet so I have yet to recieve an email from shoppy.

Does this mean that it should complete next week like July 27 (this would be the sixth business day) and if not then during July 27-31.

Also excuse me if this is a stupid question as this is due to my lack of knowledge but are all payments using the bank option always an eCheque?

In this image I found on the web, it says eCheck estimated.... However, on mine it doesnt say anything at all. Does this mean that this is not an eCheck or are all payments with the bank option eChecks and mine just doesnt say one.
