Wish "not processing" my payment

Hey! I'm new here. Anyways I added a prepaid visa to my acc awhile ago. It's not expired, and I no longer have the physical card. I keep trying to buy some items on wish.com and every time I click "pay now" it always says there was an error or it failed to process. Any help?

Hi @ava_j,

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to make a payment. It's possible that you have a billing agreement set up using that card, and because the card is no longer valid, the billing agreement can't be used. Please check for a billing agreement and edit it to change the method of payment.
