'Your payment has been refused'

Hi,

 

I keep experiencing the issue in the subject line where my payment has been 'refused'. I contacted my bank and it seems that PayPal hasn't even requested the payment from the bank. I 100% have enough money in the bank & have confirmed both my Visa card and bank account.

 

Does anybody know what this issue might be as I desperately need to use PayPal to make transactions.

 

I am also waiting for money to clear from my bank into PayPal which said it would be cleared by the 20th, today, but I still haven't got the money in my bank.

Try adding your bank to your PayPal account.
