I apologize that you are receiving an error message when attempting to complete a payment. Are you receiving the message on Facebook's end or is PayPal notifying you that the payment cannot complete? If its on Facebook, you will want to contact them to see why they are unable to complete the payment. If PayPal is giving you an error message, please make sure that it is paying from the correct financial and you are attempting the payment from the same device and location you normally login from. If you are still having issues after that, please give our customer service a call so they can view the account to determine why we are unable to complete the payment.

I received the message on Facebook's, I contracted with facebook  und they send me this message:
It looks like this charge was declined by PayPal when we attempted to complete the payment. The most common reasons why your payment may have failed are: 

1) There are insufficient funds in your PayPal account

2) You reached your card limit for the card associated with your PayPal account

3) There is a processing/verification issue with your PayPal account

Since PayPal doesn't give us any info about the reason for the decline, the best way is to contact them directly to find out why this payment failed.

As mentioned before, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us.
