my ebay purchase history as a buyer shows "your payment is pending"

I purchased an item on ebay on August 11th, paid with Paypal.
When the item was delivered on August 16th, I discovered that an important part was missing.
I contacted the seller, they said they didn't have spare parts for these items. They offered a partial refund so that I could go buy the missing part elsewhere.
Received the partial refund on August 19th, bought the missing part for my item, left a 5-star review for the seller.

Everything is good - except in my ebay purchase history under that one item it says "your payment is pending"?

Will this message disappear on its own? Is there anything I need to do? My Paypal transaction history shows everything correctly, just ebay seems to be missing something.

The info in your 'my ebay' is really just for you.

Why not just use the 'more actions' next to the transaction and scroll down to hide order?

I tried that - "hide" this transaction is not an option on my ebay purchase history because ebay thinks the transaction is not complete yet.

You should have the option to mark it paid?

I am the buyer, I can't mark the item as "paid".

Also, the item was marked as "paid" automatically, when I (the buyer) paid for it using Paypal.

Ebay shows (to the right, where these little icons turn dark with every step that happened) my purchase as "partially refunded", which is correct.

None of the Paypal activities related to my purchase on ebay are really "pending", as far as I (the buyer) am concerned, or can tell. The whole thing is totally done - my initial payment was fine, the item was shipped and received, the seller gave me a partial refund, we gave each other a rating. Yet ebay still says "your payment is pending".
