so last night i sent money to my buddy without issue, a few hours later, i cant send money, i cant transfer to my bank account, but im able to receive (buddy sent me 1$ to test) its been like this all day....cant call due to virus....any ideas what could cause this.....ive got a good chunk of money stuck in paypal now and i cant do nothing with it
We're sorry you're payment is being denied. Usually this happens if your recipient chose not to accept the payment or your card issuer is declining the transaction.
And since you're able to receive money from your friend surely means that your PayPal account is good. So we highly recommend contacting your card issuer/financial institution for further assistance.
thing is, it wont let me send to anyone....and money is being paid out from my paypal balance...not my bank or credit card...it wont even let me transfer money from paypal into my bank account
