trying to sign up to the PEOPLES POSTCODE LOTTERY and pay my subscription by PAYPAL and they are asking me to register a DEBIT/CREDIT CARD which i already have registered with PAYPAL. Is this a scam ?

Found your reply to a problem I also have, but you haven't provided a solution. I don't have a second credit card to add to Paypal, how can I complete my registration at Postcode Lottery linking to my established Paypal account and existing credit card?
