I've been facing this problem since the last one month. A Canadian company is trying to send some funds to my Paypal Account which is of India.

They have tried over 10 times, but they receive the same error everytime. I cannot receive funds now and my work has come to a stand still. I have checked the country restrictions but it does not have any restrictions listed. Here is the error which we faced. Kindly help.
