I receive a money transfer, I didn't confirm my email primary address at that time. But now I changed and confirmed the new primary email address, how can I receive the money?

Welcome to our Community Forums, great question! To accept a payment, you would have to confirm the email address that payment was sent to. Here's a Help Center article on how to confirm that old email address: How do I confirm my email address?

If you the payment remains unclaimed for 30 days, the payment will be reversed back to the sender. At that point, they should have the option to send it to your new email address if necessary.
