sending Money to friend in US... HOW??? I'm planning to send a small amount of money to a friend in the US... I see it says something about her having to go to Walmart or something to receive it? I don't understand. I cant it just go as a balance and sit in her PayPal till she uses it? I cant find anything and cant get through online. So frustrating

Sorry but is this a real friend OR just someone buying something from you that you don't really know because sounds like a scam to me.
