Cant make payment to Blizzard without adding credit card

I had one of my guildies from World of warcraft send me money on my paypal account so I can transfer a character but as soon as I click on the blizzard website to go to paypal it shows I need to add a credit ot debit card. The balance shows I have the money on my paypal account and I changed it to use my balance to shop, but once I want to do the transaction it forces me to add a debit or credit card.

So if I do not have a credit or cebit card I cant use the paypal service even if I have the balance? Must the currency of my balance be the same as my blizzard currency?

Please help someone.

Sorry, you must add a credit card to back up your account to hook up PayPal with online vendors.

Yeah thanks figured it out myself so Paypal is still useless as it does not accept my credit card, funny thing is Blizzard accepts it for my subscriptions but paypal does not. Just refunded the persons money and wont need to use this useless service again.
