Gcash cash in not reflected on my gcash wallet but deducted in my paypal

Help me. Please.Its already more than 24 hours but my money is not refunded help me please. I need my money but stilll i got no refund also no refllecte money to my gcash wallet. Help me please. I tried cashing in 1,000 it go thru. Next 5,000 doesnt go thru next 4000 it go thru help me please
