Issue with Payemnt to G2A

I paid an invoice to g2a.com, but according to the site, the payment was declined. but I was surprised by getting email and message says "You authorized a payment of $XXX USD to G2A.COM Limited

now I don't know where is the money gone... g2a said they are declined the transaction... but paypal send the money after that and my bank deduct the amount from my balance.. 

 

besides i can't see the transaction in my paypal account in the Activity

Yes you authorized it and its on temporary pending authorization (log on and click transaction for details) and will expire if merchant can't capture payment and drop off in no longer than 30 days with funds released. If the transaction is marked as "completed" in your PayPal, then you can dispute it.
