Anybody waiting for Jet2 flight refund ? Is there a contact number/email/text to see how long the waiting list is ?????

Hi @Reub1 Hope you are doing fine. You may find the merchant's contact information on the transaction details of your order/payment. Just go to the Activity/Recent Activity page of your PayPal account and select the transaction. Or you may also check their website for their contact information so you can reach out to them regarding refund. In any case that you won't receive any response from them, you can file a dispute imstead on the Resolution Center page of your PayPal account. Hope this helps. Keep safe!

Thanks....unfortunately the 120 day refund period has expired ? I realise they must be extremely busy but a little contact to say I've not been forgotten would help !!
