Need PROOF of payment

I had a vendor submit an invoice to PayPal...PayPal executed the payment...vendor says NOT received...how can i get PROOF of payment?

There should be a record of payment marked as "Complete" in your PayPal account activity with transaction ID number in the transaction details. Give this number to the seller, who should contact PayPal customer service to enquire about this payment with the transaction ID number if it is not showing up in their account for some reason.

 

The seller can contact PayPal customer service by:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

What might also be causing the issue is perhaps your payment is subject to a 21 day PayPal hold on the seller's end and there are things the seller can do to have to funds released sooner:
