Hi, I just purchased an e gift card on Nordstrom. PayPal sent me an email that payment has been authorized, but I received no confirmation from Nordstrom and recipient got nothing. I tried to cancel transaction on PayPal but the cancel option is not available. Anyone can help?
What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date. 6. Pending awaiting authorisation.

Thanks for your reply. I actually called Nordstrom and they mentioned that my purchase probably didn’t go through because I can only purchase an e-gift card in the US and I am in Europe. So what happens now? PayPal releases the amount? The message I got is that payment has been authorized and no cancel option was given.
