Paigo paypal payment

I have got several emails from paypal paigo , and now i have got a letter saying that i have to pay some amount for a thing i didn’t buy instead my university bought it and it was already paid. Funny thing is there is no history of purchase from my paypal account . Can anyone tell me that if its a scam or?

Hey, did you get any further information on this? I have been mailed by paigo as well..for a negative balance that I don't even have  😕

Looks like a scam. I got a charge for a rental car compound never used. More scumbaggery IMHO
