Hi!
I just recently ordered a product from Thomann.de and paid via PayPal. The payment was as smooth as usual but today I received an email from Thomann saying that they were unable to claim the money through PayPal (or that claiming it just declined the transaction). However, on my end I can see the payment as pending on my Activities menu. When I go and log in to my bank account, no money has been transferred through PayPal, so obviously the payment hasn't gone through.
I thought about why this could happen until I realized that I only have my older credit card linked to PayPal, meaning that I need to raise the payment limits for that card as well. I did that and asked Thomann to try and reclaim the payment but it came back as declined once again.
Any idea how I could get the payment through? Wouldn't like to transfer the money to them directly through my bank account only to get charged twice and go through a hassle to get my money back. And before anyone suggests it, there is next to no delay when raising card limits with my bank. I've done it multiple times when I have had larger payments to make and it doesn't take even a minute to be able to pay with the new limit.
Thank you in advance!
