Sent a payment to walmart using my paypal balance, i've done this multiple times, never had a problem, there has been an authorization on the payment for 50 hours now, I called walmart and they said its something to do with paypal, not walmart, i've been on hold for paypal for 2 and a half hours, and on the other phone been on hold for 36 minutes, what is going on?
