It’s saying i have 2 charges from “PayPal Check” but i cant dispute these charges. PayPal basically took money from me and of course customer service takes HOURS for anyone to get back to you. This is ridiculous what do people who have things to pay for do in these situations ??? Litetally says this money was taken from PayPal as an “uphold” charge ?
