I am from India. I want to receive payment from popads( in dollars through PayPal) but the transaction is cancelled. When I contacted support team they said transaction is declined and issue is from PayPal account. So please assist me to receive payments from popads. What are setting need to be done and type of account to receive payment from advertiser. ASAP. Waiting for any positive response.
