Hi, I'm about to sell an Instagram account to someone for a large amount of money. I want to get some clarification on how I can make sure the transaction is safe as I don't know this person and there is always a possibility of getting scammed and loosing the money. I want to receive the payment and give them the Instagram account without them being able to simply recall the payment and have the account and the money. Thank you.
Very risky...the odds of them filing a dispute for 'unauthorised' or 'chargeback' are high.
So you need to read up on Paypals seller protection policy so you can risk assess your transaction. Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > seller protection.
