I am buying a car from a seller who wants to use PAD he has sent me a PAD invitation asking for my bank details however I already know PayPal has my details and have confirmed PAD is active on my account
Personally i would only pay after i had seen and examined the car / taken possession of the vehicle as there is 0 paypal buyer protection for motor vehicles.
