Hi - my official name is John as per paypal but everyone calls me Jack. Is there a way to change my display name to Jack? As if it says John people will be confused!! I don't mind PayPal having John as this matches my bank statement and ID, I just don't really want it appearing as my display name when requesting payment from people.
Not possible with a personal account. You can upgrade to a business account as “Individual” and use your nickname as business name and still keep your real name as account holder.
