Why Paypal Are Not Available As Payment Method For My Google Play Store? H E L P

I want to buy a game on play store and i want to use my paypal as a payment method but i was going to pay the game but i cant see any other payment method except add credit card/debit card. How am i suppose to buy something using my paypal if its not available as a payment method for me?

Well if they don't offer that option as a payment method then you don't do you.

they do offer paypal payment method as an option. I have used it many times before. Now today my paypal payment method (that has been linked to my Google account) is listed as an option, but says 'unavailable'.

Here is how I solved it. I went to   https://pay.google.com/gp/w/home/paymentmethods   I removed paypal as a payment method and then added it back.
