About paypal debit card from dollar General can i use it a a gas station

Okay I bought a PayPal card from Dollar General couple of days ago I put $27 on it can I use it when I go to a grocery store gas station and buy stuff

Yes, at the grocery store but don’t pay at the pump for gas, take card to gas station cashier to pay.
