Can I send an invoice for payment to a nonPaypal user?

 I am requesting payment via an invoice from someone. They may not have a Paypal account. They tell me they did not receive an mail from Paypal requesting payment. Can payment be requested from someone who does not have a Paypal account?  I thought this used to be an option but is no longer work for me.

I am glad to help to help you with your inquiry about how PayPal works. Receiver's can pay the invoice without a PayPal account. Here's how to pay an invoice without a PayPal account:
 

Check your email inbox for the invoice from PayPal.
Click View and Pay Invoice.
Click Pay amount.
Click Pay with Debit or Credit Card if you don’t have an account.
Click Pay Now after entering the information.
 

More information about PayPal invoices can be found here. Please ask the receiver to check their spam and junk folder if the invoice landed there and also check that you entered correct email address.
