I have the same issue - sent payment request, received confirmation email, but my request no longer can be found on the app or on the web. The link in confirmation email also says transaction not found. Anyone has any ideas?

I understand your concern about the missing payment request in your account. You can send a Money Request to anyone with an email address. When the Money Request is paid, the status of the money request will reflect as "Paid", you will get the confirmation via email and the money will be added to your PayPal balance. Have you received the confirmation email about money request being paid by the receiver? If you've received the confirmation notification and not able to see the details of the payment, please reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page or message us through our Twitter(@AskPayPal) and Facebook page to get this checked further.
