Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is a great question! I'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction here. You would want to start with logging into your account and clicking on Seller Tools in your Profile & Settings. After that, click Manage next to PayPal Buttons and choose the option for Donate. After you complete the information and steps for your Donation Button, you should see it's Shareable Link.
From there, navigate over to your YouTube Channel's settings, find the option to Customize your Channel, then Basic Info, and then scroll down to your Links where you'll be able to paste that Shareable Link.
