Donation to this recipient aren't supported in this country

i used to donate using paypal with this recipient but suddenly yesterday it says otherwise. how can i fix this?

Yup. In Hong Kong too.  Try using the recipient's email address to send money. That's how I get around it and it works.

Same here. Furthermore, the same user successfully made a payment on August 24th. Yesterday (Sep 18) they got this error. They're in Croatia.

More information:

The user never managed to donate using our "donation" button, but they *were* able to send a payment to our paypal address. So ask users to try that, or to use your paypal.me link.
