How do I cancel the PayPal credit agreement ? I don’t need it anymore

I understand you would like to close your PayPal Credit Account. 

Before you close your account, you need to ensure that your balance has been paid off in full.

To close your account, you can call our PayPal Credit customer service team. To contact our customer service team, click 'Help' or 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal Webpage.

Hello, 

the thing is, I am deaf so I cannot use the hone, you may recommend typetalk but I have visual problems as well (both due to medical reasons) can I do if online without having to contact PayPal themselves?

I understand. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to us via PayPal Messaging or via Social Media. 

PayPal Messaging can be located in the Help Center just select 'Message Us'.
