I can't unlock my cash card&password is correct

I have a technical issue with the app etc. Not letting me unlock my cash card. It keeps making me re-enter my already correct password

If you are attempting to unlock the PayPal cash card through the PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. If the issue persists, the best way to resolve this issue is by contacting our customer service so that one of our advisors can assist you further. I am also having this problem. I have talked to support and they said it is a problem with the website. I have logged in on my phone and my desktop, neither works. When I click the link to manage my cash card it just reloads the page. I have my phone setup to unlock with my fingerprint and I can't get past this point. It reads my print then reloads and wants me to verify again. Help would be great.
