Inviting friends to PayPal for $10 each

I recently invited some friends to PayPal, to which they joined and spent over $5. But we never received the $10 each that we were supposed to get. I followed the steps and they linked their card to their bank, but nothing has happened since. Why haven't we received $10 each and how do I fix it?

I made sure that I followed all the steps, and I read the ToS. I don't know why I'm not receiving the money.

Have they made a transaction as per the TOS?

They have, over 5 dollars, one with their PayPal balance, and another with a linked card

Hi again, I have waited the required amount of time, but still no sign of any reward. Do you know why. I can tell you what I did. I sent the incite link to the friend's email, then he subsequently signed up for PayPal, linked his Visa card, and spent $8. I don't know why we never received 10 dollars, and it has been more than 24 hours. Can PayPal fix this? Can you help?
