Id love to have one of those cards so I can spend paypal money almost everywhere. I found the related page but when I logged in my account the request card page didnt exist. I assume that is because I live in Europe and thats only available to the US? Is there a way to get one in Europe or are there any plans for em to make it available worldwide in the future?
