Pay in 3 glitch

Hi, I tried to purchase an item using pay in 3. When I clicked confirm it said that there was a problem and to try again. I then decided to just pay in full. Then I looked at my bank and the full payment came out, plus the 1st pay in free installment! How do I get my money back?

I understand you recently tried making a Pay in 3 purchase, and it didn't go through, but when you checked your bank statement, the first installment is showing. I'm sorry to hear about the concern this has caused. Typically after 72 hours, any payments related to an incomplete purchase will voice. You can learn more on our Help Center here. If it doesn't automatically void and you see that the original payment shows 'Completed,' you'll need to ask the merchant for a refund. However, if they are unresponsive, you might be able to file a billing dispute
