I went on TMobile Tuesday app last night after midnight and was going to buy legoland tickets and it said I could do Pay in 4 through PayPal for the Legoland tickets that I need today so I checked to see if I could get approved and it said I could but it said it would be delivered to my address and I'm in Lakeland Florida not Ohio and I couldn't change it to get to keys texted or emailed to me so I didn't go through with doing the pay in 4 but.... it went ahead and put a hold of the 1st pay in 4 on my bank card waiting for authorization which that's my money I need to pay for the tickets so we can go today and I can't call anyone there not open and I can't figure out how to cancel the pay in 4 so I can buy the tickets and the transaction says it's pending authorization on PayPal so I don't know how to stop the pay in 4 transaction before it goes through that I didn't even okay. I need help please. I would have done the pay in 4 if I could have got the tickets emailed or texted to me today by 10am Florida time so we could go to Legoland today but the tickets I was trying to get for today won't even be any good if PayPal takes my money and mails my tickets to Ohio and doesn't even authorize it until after 10am today Florida time! I'm so frustrated, and been up have the night trying to figure out how to stop this so I can have my money to buy the tickets now, I need the tickets now. Thank you sonya

Hello @Sonyalanee

Welcome! Thank you for joining PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear a recent purchase with Pay in 4 hasn't gone quite as you had expected. I can certainly understand your concern here. Normally, the best thing to do is reach out to the merchant and have them refund the purchase from their end or see if they can reissue the tickets directly to you. Once a transaction starts on PayPal, there's not exactly a way to cancel it from the sender's side of the transaction. Stopping a payment with your bank will only cause your PayPal balance to go negative and you'll still be scheduled to pay the 3 remaining repayments for your Pay in 4 plan. Your best option is most likely to see if a refund can process from the merchant.

I hope that helps,
