I went in paypal and it says Walmart accepts the pay 4 payments, I went to pay and it’s not giving me the options to do the pay 4. Is this bc the items are groceries? Is groceries not allowed?

I do understand your concern with this. PayPal Pay in 4 is not available for certain merchants and goods. We may also decide not to offer PayPal Pay in 4 as a payment option in certain circumstances.
