With PayPal Bill Pay, when I try and add my Vanguard bill (shows up under "Vanugard Credit Card"), the account format it accepts is inaccurate. It only accepts the old format of Vanguard accounts, but new Vanguard accounts have a 8 digit number format. Ex: 12345678
