PayPal Credit not loading and need to make payment today

When I try to go to PayPal Credit to make a payment (I have one due today) I get the following message:
We can't show all of your info right now. Try again in a few minutes.

I keep trying but nothing changes. If I click on "Go to PayPal Credit" I get the following error: 

Sorry.

I think it's working now. I just got in and made a payment.

same on app, and all browsers I try. Can't buy anything with the credit buy button at stores either, and if I try to apply it says I already have a credit line through paypal, but there is no way to see it or use it.

Looks like this is a known issue since Synchrony took over credit and they still haven't fixed it years later.

@ctbck I am sorry to hear you are having issues making a payment via PayPal Credit. If you need to make a payment and you can't access the webpage, I would recommend getting in touch with our customer service team by clicking 'Help' or 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal Webpage. Sometimes if you use a different browser and/or clear your cache and cookies, this can help. 

 

@AppsGuy, I appreciate this must be very annoying. I would ask that you follow this link: PayPal Credit Sign In | PayPal to access your PayPal Credit Dashboard. If this does not load, you can also contact our customer service team in order to have your PayPal Credit account reviewed.
