PayPal card wont activate

First I was not able to add and verify a visa gift card on to PayPal I called PayPal and they said to buy a paypal card we bought it and the card still wont activate  we called PayPal support but nothing they gave us worked please give an solution ASAP!!!

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues adding a card to your account. If you've purchased a PayPal prepaid card, you would normally need to Activate and Register it first on www.paypal-prepaid.com before you're able to use it with PayPal. In some cases, you may need to wait for the physical card to arrive that has your first and last name on it before you can use it with PayPal. 

You may run into issues using other prepaid cards with PayPal as well, so we normally recommend steering away from prepaid cards all together. Here's a Help Center article with some useful troubleshooting steps when Adding a card.
