Paypal Credit Due Date

Hello

This is in regards paying off my PayPal Credit account. 

Like all my bills and all other credit accounts I have ever owned, I always like to change my payment dates to the 1st of every month - to match my salary payment date. 

I rang PayPal customer services, after being passed around to 3 different people I ended up speaking to a Supervisor who did not seem to understand what I was asking, none of them did. 

All I am trying to request is that they change my PayPal Credits due date so that my minimum payments are taken from my bank account on the 1st of every month, for some reason I felt like I was speaking a different language. 

Can anyone from the community share with me if you have any experience with doing what I am trying to do?

I understand that you're looking to update the payments due dates of your PayPal credit. As you mentioned that you want the payments to be taken from 1st of every month, you can set up a monthly direct debit with your bank account. When you choose to pay with direct debit, you can get 4 different options :
 

the minimum amount due
the last statement balance
any "other amount" in between each month.
If I make changes to my direct debit how long will it take to implement?
If you make changes to your direct debit it can take up to a month to implement which means you may need to add a manual payment in month to ensure you are covered and the direct debit changes will be implemented the following month.
