Paypal credit option is gone and I can’t make a payment

I’ve been trying to pay my paypal credit account but I literally can’t because the option is gone. It’s like it disappeared and it seems like nobody can help me. I called Paypal and they keep transferring me but they don’t know what’s wrong either. I am so behind on my payments because of it. The option of paypal credit is not there either. All i want to do is make a payment. I have payment security as well but i can’t access that either cause every single time i click the link, there is always an error. I don’t know what to do anymore.

You can make PayPal Credit payments online, by phone, by mail, or on the PayPal app. Alternate options to make PayPal Credit payments can be found here. You state that you can pay online, in the app, or by mail. Then you give a link and say other options are "here". The issue, however, is that we cannot pay online or in the app because the option to click is not there. And the "here" link you included just tells us the same information. At this point, the only option is to mail it in. We are told to mail it to the address on our statement…but I am e-statement only, which means I don't have an address. This glitch in your system has been ongoing as long as I have been using PayPal credit online and in the app. Someone really needs to look into what causes that option to just disappear.

I have had this same issue repeatedly. It's almost a monthly thing. The option won't be there and I'm trying to pay, and then suddenly another time it is there. I have been trying to pay my PayPal credit for a week, both online, in the app, and following the link in the email sent to me saying my payment was due. But the option is gone. My payment is due in four days and I don't know how I'm supposed to pay it if the option isn't there.
