I had to return a purchase to Vietnam per PayPal even though goods came from CA. PayPal CSR said I could get a refund on my postage. Lies. Lies. Lies. Anyone else been duped TWICE by PayPal

Did you activate the return shipping link at any point before you made the transaction?

If you did then did you click on the transaction and use the return shipping link to claim your return shipping costs?
