Reminder invoice emails are being sent from my account. I didn't send them and I can't work out why they are being sent. Any ideas? Thanks.

I certainly understand how concerning this can be for you. You can manage your invoices by going to the Invoicing section in your PayPal account. Here’s how to cancel a money request or invoice on the desktop experience:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Activity at the top of the page.
Click Details next to the invoice you want to review.
Click Cancel invoice and follow the instructions.
You can also contact us by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page or send us a message through our Twitter(@AskPayPal) and Facebook page for additional assistance.

I am not looking to cancel invoices. I want to stop the auto reminders from being sent to my customers by PayPal.

I don't want to cancel the invoice.
Reminder emails are mysteriously being sent from my account. See below. I did not send these and don't want them to auto-generate.

Sorry for the trouble! You can turn off the auto reminders by going to the invoice page and click on the settings icon next to the "Create Batch Invoice" button and then Click on select "Automatic Reminders" or try to select "Stop automated invoices" to turn off. If you can't find the options, please reach out to our team by the options listed above to get this solved.
