Scorecard Rewards option Gone

I used to be able to use scorecard rewards until about a year ago then it’s just gone? It no longer shows on any cards and there’s no option to link a card to score rewards on any of them or like what they say in the instructions. I’ve relinked my card many times, the option still doesn’t show. customer support chat was supposed to link me to an account specialist but never did. I saw were it has been an issue for others in the past, Anybody figure out a fix for this?

I am sorry to know that you're not able to use the Score Card Rewards option at the time of checkout. I understand that would be upsetting! To redeem your points, you have to link your Score Card Rewards credit or debit card to your PayPal account. Try to add your Score Card again by following the steps listed here. Please note that you may not see Pay with Rewards every time you check out online with a merchant. Pay with Rewards will be available for eligible credit cards on eligible purchases. You can refer to the terms and conditions to learn more about Pay with Rewards.

I have tried relinking my card multiple times. Step 3: the button to link my card to scorerewards is gone. I’m using the same cards that had score rewards before.
