Zettle prints blank receipts

Not sure if I have the right category... it's a Zettle question. Specifically, when I try to print a receipt all I get is a blank sheet of paper. I have sent receipts to several different printers, including HP 7740 and Brother 2710, and all I get is a blank sheet of paper. I am using an iPad with the Zettle app on it (fully up to date). I have set up and "forgotten" the printer(s) several times, with no change. Oddly enough, about one in 10 times it does print a receipt (an ugly one), but that's about it. If I go the website / browser I can print "receipts", but it's not a receipt, it's a screen capture, complete with info the customer doesn't need, and I don't actually want them having anyway. 

 

I can find nothing about this anywhere on the Internet, so I have to assume "it's just me," yet I can find nothing wrong anywhere. I'm *not* a tech newbie, either, yet this is defeating me. 

 

Any suggestions?
