Hi all, I just discovered in PayPal settings > Payments you can set an option called In-store purchases, where you can choose Use your balance first.
I am in the EU, Portugal. Does this mean I can make purchases in my local physical stores using my PayPal balance?
If so, how do I do it - with a QR code? And what % will PayPal charge me for those transactions?

If the merchant accepts PayPal in their physical store, then yes. You have to check with the store if they accept PayPal there. Not all do. And the store will display a PayPal QR code for you to scan and pay to.
Here is more info about paying in person:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
