I am at my wits end. I have more than 15,000 Honey gold points and I've tried redeeming it to Paypal rewards. It's been more than a month I've tried to email yourfriends at joinhoney . com with NO ANSWER, no one replies to my Chats on Honey website, honey App, and even Paypal refuses to give me a straight answer. This website that paypal referred me to missing paypal honey rewards DOES NOT help at all either.
Can Paypal stop pushing the buck and help me once and for all?

You may want to try to contact Honey support yourself. I had a PayPal support representative on the phone, and they even tried to contact Honey Support and witnessed firsthand the complete lack of support or response from any of the methods, email, chat, etc. Honey has gone rogue, and Paypal needs to take responsibility for the company they purchased as it has ruined PayPal's reputation in the marketplace.

You should be ashamed of this reply, that email address is worthless and has been for over 12 months,. the live chat isn't live either. At this point i think you have to write your points off and pray that someone in the finance regulatory field launches am investigation.

Does anyone work at Honey? I have never received an email response or chat. Crickets. PayPal Honey has failed to provide any support. They are trading data for points/cash but have not held up their end and are taking advantage of the users.

I'm facing the similar challenges.
I'm missing Exclusive Offers. Some post, some do not. It seems very random.
I've tried to contact them via e-mail. They used to respond to the e-mails very quickly. Right now, nobody has responded in months to assist with any kind of inquiries.
I'm also facing the same challenges as you describe withdrawing. There is a success message each time, but the points remain and no funds ever get transferred which worked a few months back. Even if you collect points, you can't get the funds. I'm not sure if the retailers are paying Honey and then not paying out?
I tried the chat option, as well where it connects and you get a Hello response and then nothing further.
There appears to be no other options for support that I can find.
Something definitely seems a bit off lately with Honey and there seems no way to resolve it directly with their support.

I am having the same exact issue. I have tried and tried to talk to someone via the Honey chat but it is beyond useless. I have called Paypal as well

Attempted to speak with someone at PayPal again today. Was able to speak to a supervisor, however I was essentially told that there is nothing that they could do because Honey is a subsidiary of PayPal. Absolutely unacceptable business practices here. I will absolutely not be using Honey moving forward and will be working towards closing my PayPal accounts. I hope that many others do the same over the near future

Will Paypal share an official address or phone for Honey? Has anyone tried contacting the Better Business Bureau or any other agencies for assistance and did you have success?

having the same problem for MONTHS. I've emailed them multiple times, left my contact info, screenshots, talked to the "chat" help - said someone would get back to me and never did. Honey used to have the most amazing customer service until the PayPal takeover. I don't even know why they have that customer service email if literally NO ONE gets back to you.
If any customer service agent is reading this, PLEASE get back to me. I have so many missing honey gold points that need updating - it's literally $200+ at least. This has been a nightmare - and what point does offering bonus cash back and never receiving it (or any responses) become false advertising or fraud??
I haven't left any outside reviews as a courtesy because I know getting new owners - a lot of things can get lost in the shuffle.

5000 Honey points pending for OVER A YEAR!! I've contacted customer service multiple times and each time I'm told they would look into it but I never hear back from them. What else do I need to do to get my points!?

Welcome! Thank you for joining PayPal's Community Forum. I can certainly understand waiting over a year for a resolution must be frustrating. Normally, all you need to participate in the Rewards Program with Honey is to have a PayPal account and Honey account in good standing. If you don't see any issues in your PayPal account through the Resolution Center, you may want to continue checking with Honey to see if there are any issues there.
