“Address not found” error message for Pay in 4

I see this is a known issue and wonder if anyone has found a solution. I have used pay in 4 successfully for a long time but the past month I get an error messaging saying “address not found”. Its the correct address, and has happened with different merchants.

It keeps happening to me, too. I've never had this address error pop up before and have used it successfully multiple times until now. My bank and PayPal addresses match, so it's an error on their end. I've tried removing the unit number, st vs street. Nothing works. Now I regret getting rid of Afterpay!!

Hi Kylie, I have a solution for this issue and it has been working fine. I changed my suburb and postcode to Sydney 2000 (and just kept my street number and name) and it works fine. Maybe try and see if it works for you?
