Anyone have issues with using the Pay in 4 on Mercari?

I have tried twice to use my Pay in 4 on Mercari and it won’t process. It just sits there spinning. I closed out the app and now I have a pending charge for the down payment, but it didn’t process the product on Mercari. Has anyone else run into this issue on Mercari??

I do understand that you are having issue with the Pay in 4 / Pay in 3 feature on your PayPal account. Please try reaching out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
